A Group Fundraiser
Their goal was to fill a horse float full of donations for the dogs and cats at Peninsula Animal Aid .. they did just that and what a surprise .. as this kind of help keeps the refuge running smoothly.
A big PAA Thank You to the organisers .. Allyson Corti at Skilled and Peta Winikerei at RACQ .. this project could not have happened without their dedication to the needs at our shelter.

Clontarf Beach
State High School
Hello my name is Naomi Sports Coordinator at Clontarf Beach State High School .. I have attached a few photos from our visit to the Peninsula Animal Aid Refuge on Friday 8th August 2008 .. the students had an enjoyable time .. Sally is convinced that as soon as she turns 14 she is going to volunteer at PAA to help .. 8J all contributed to the goodies so I hope the animals at PAA enjoy them all .. the four representative students were our class captains; Sam (Tall Blonde) .. Morgan (Brunette) and two students who contributed the most were Sally ( the little blonde) and Joseph (wearing jumper).
Thanks so much for allowing us to come down to visit you all at PAA.

Southern Cross College
These wonderful young ladies are in year 11 at Southern Cross College .. their assignment was to work out a business plan and carry it through making a profit from the venture.
Their plan was to hold a school dance .. and then choose a charity to donate their funds to .. the girls made $755.00 profit and chose Peninsula Animal Aid Shelter to give their donation to. |
